to refer to Indis Office letter 3 & 0. 4783/27 of

August 8th regarding the suggestion that the Government

of india should warn the Government of Indo-China ageinst

the previous illicit netivities of Mr. M.A.Nemezie of

singapore, and to transmit herewith for the information

of the Secretary of State for india, copies of a

correspondence with His Majesty's Minister at Bangkok

regarding the communication of a similar warning to the

Siamese Government.
